Returns of defective products

In the event that the item is found to have a manufacturing defect, as long as this is confirmed by the authorized repairer who provides the guarantee of good operation or in the event that the COMPANY itself directly provides the guarantee of good operation, the following shall apply:

The guarantee is provided for a limited period of time which is indicated in the detailed product characteristics. After the end of this period or repair, the replacement of the products is possible for an additional fee after a new agreement with the customer.

The return of the product to be replaced should be made together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. proof of purchase, etc.) and its complete packaging.

In the case of returns, the customer bears the shipping costs to the COMPANY and the COMPANY bears the shipping costs of the replaced or repaired product.

After the return of the products, the defect reported by the customer is checked and then he is contacted to inform him about the results of the check.

If the defect is found, the product is repaired or replaced. In case of cancellation of the transaction, the refund of the initial purchase is made in the same way as the customer's initial payment to the COMPANY.

In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Online Store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without others to a total or partial offset of this claim against the customer.

Return of non-defective products – Customer right of withdrawal without reason

The customer has the right to apply for withdrawal and return of the product he bought through our online store within fourteen (14) days from the date he received it. From the date of sending the withdrawal request, the product must be returned to the company within fourteen (14) days, while the return costs are borne by the customer.

The product must be returned intact and in perfect condition with its original packaging (the packaging must not have been opened) and all accessories as well as the proof of purchase.

Please note that returns are only accepted if:

  1. Contact the Customer Service Department on 2310 477190
  2. Products with factory tape - security sticker and NOT opened
  3.  Product tags have not been removed or damaged in any way
  4.  All accompanying product items such as the box, warranty, operating manuals and proof of purchase are returned together, as all of the above are part of the product
  5.  If the product comes with a gift, it should be returned with the product

Please ensure that the packaging of the shipment is secure so that no damage is caused during transport.

Refunds are not made for products that are ordered on behalf of a customer after prepayment or payment and which do not belong to the company's planned stock.

Please note that Pioneer Shop is not responsible for product loss or damage during return shipping. It also bears no responsibility for damages and wear of the products after their use and is under no circumstances obliged to replace them.

In the event of a return of the products, your refund will be completed within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products, in exactly the same way as their payment.

For the replacement and any form of product repair, only the agency that supplies the products is responsible. For the best service to our customers, our company undertakes any communication the transport needs with the supplier. Shipping costs are borne by our customers.

We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, it will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
