Pioneer PD-30AE CD-Player Black (Unit)
Audio CD player with silent drive, precision clock, D/A converter function and headphone jack.
The PD-30 AE, unlike most players in its class, is based on a clean, genuine CD drive. The specialization of this silent unit for a single task positively affects both the low operating noise and the sound of the player.
Accurate data readout is supported by a low-vibration sheet steel housing with an aluminum front, a generously sized power supply, and an ultra-low-interference precision clock that cycles the drive and D/A converter to within ±10 ppm.
Thanks to the optical and coaxial digital outputs, the converter of the PD-30 AE can also be used by external playback devices, even without the use of the connected amplifier thanks to the integrated, interchangeable headphone jack. Collaboration for ultimate convenience takes place when the PD-30 AE meets its fellow network player, the N-30 AE. The streamer then makes it possible to control the CD player using the Pioneer Remote app, transmitting its commands via a remote control cable.
